The Synchron Ti300M SEALAB is a Swiss-engineered titanium dive watch commemorating the U.S. Navy’s SEALAB underwater-habitat program – the missions that proved humans could live and work for weeks at depth. Limited to 500 pieces worldwide, the Ti300M SEALAB pairs Grade-5 titanium construction with a Swiss La Joux-Perret G100 automatic movement and 300 meters of dive-rated water resistance. At 41mm diameter, 45mm lug-to-lug, and just 11.9mm thick, this is a serious dive watch you can wear under a cuff or a wetsuit with equal ease.
Most modern dive watches in this size class are steel – and that’s the point. Steel is heavy. A 41mm steel diver with a 4-link bracelet often pushes 180 grams. The SEALAB Ti300M weighs 50 grams complete, because Grade-5 titanium is roughly 40% lighter than 316L stainless steel while being stronger by weight. Once you’ve worn a titanium diver, going back to steel feels like wearing a wrist weight.
Titanium also has thermal properties steel doesn’t: it warms to body temperature in seconds and doesn’t feel cold on the wrist in winter. The Ti300M SEALAB’s case is finished with brushed surfaces on the top and polished bevels on the case sides – a finishing scheme that hides micro-scratches better than mirror-polish, which is exactly what you want on a watch designed to be worn, not pampered.
Inside, the SEALAB Ti300M runs the Swiss-made La Joux-Perret G100 automatic caliber, finished to Soigné grade – La Joux-Perret’s quality level positioned between Top grade and chronometer (COSC) certification. The movement delivers:

The titanium construction makes it equally comfortable as a daily wearer; the 41mm case sits flat under a dress shirt cuff. If you’ve owned a vintage Aquastar Deepstar or a 1970s Doxa SUB, the Ti300M SEALAB will feel familiar – proportions, presence on the wrist, the satisfying ratcheting bezel – but it’ll be 30 years more reliable.
The Synchron name first appeared in Swiss watchmaking in 1969, when a group of independent watch brands pooled engineering and distribution to weather the coming quartz crisis. The modern Synchron was revived in 1999 by Rick Marei – also credited with the rebirth of DOXA® SUB – with a mission to bring forgotten Swiss dive-watch brands back to life. Under that revival, brands including Aquadive, Aquastar, ISOfrane, and Tropic have been brought back to the market with original engineering preserved and modern materials applied where appropriate.
The SEALAB Ti300M is the first model in Synchron’s new SEALAB line – named in tribute to the U.S. Navy program that defined what “professional dive watch” meant in the 1960s and ’70s.
